Jicama Salad

Instructions

  1. Place the jicama in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and sugar, add the juice of 1 lime, mix and let stand 15 minutes.
  2. Whisk together the oil, and juice of 1 lime, then mix in the cilantro and cumin. Season to taste.
  3. Toss the jicama with the dressing, arrange the Romaine on a serving plate, garnish with the jicama, and serve chilled.
